Data collected and purposes

• Orders (name, addresses, email, telephone, products purchased, history): performance of the sales contract, delivery, customer service, guarantees. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment: processed directly by the payment service provider; we do not store your full bank details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Invoicing and accounting: legal basis: legal obligation.
• Contact and withdrawal form (name, email, message, order number): replying to your request, processing the withdrawal. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
• Fraud prevention and site security: legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Audience measurement and advertising: only with your consent, collected via the cookie banner.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to Nooki and its processors, within the limits of their tasks: Shopify (store hosting and order processing), the payment service provider, the carrier and, if you accept, audience measurement tools. We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Shopify International Limited (Ireland) may transfer certain data to Shopify Inc. (Canada, a country recognised as providing an adequate level of protection) and to other processors, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

Retention periods

• Customer data: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years from the last contact for marketing purposes, if you have not objected.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Contact form messages: 3 years maximum after the last exchange.
• Cookies subject to consent: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
