Withdrawal and returns

Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

How to withdraw

1. Online, the simplest way: click on “Withdraw from the contract here” (link at the bottom of every page), enter your name, your order number and your email, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email stating the date and time of your request.
2. Or by sending us the form below, or any unequivocal statement, at nooki.europe@gmail.com.

Returning the product

Return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the following address: Maison ELK, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. Return costs are covered by Nooki: write to us at nooki.europe@gmail.com before dispatch so that we can arrange the return.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as that used for the order. The refund may be deferred until we have received the product or you have provided proof of its dispatch.

Faulty or non-conforming product

Irrespective of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. See article 9 of our terms and conditions of sale.
