Nooki is delivered throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom.

Costs

Delivery is free for all orders, whichever European country they are sent to.

Lead times

Your order is shipped within 3 to 7 working days. An email with parcel tracking is sent to you when it is dispatched.

Delay or damaged parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, or if it arrives damaged, write to us at nooki.europe@gmail.com. Transport risks are borne by us until you receive the product.
